Property Details

Villa Filip is a secluded hideaway nestling within 2500 sq. metres of mature gardens. It is accessed via a private drive, and has no immediate neighbours, just orchards all around the property, guaranteeing seclusion.
A private pool with Roman steps which is not overlooked at all, and wonderful uninterrupted views over banana plantations to the sea and hills complete the picture.
A phone line for local calls is provided.
The rugged Sea Caves coastline and its pretty coves are within walking distance, and the undeveloped Akamas National Park and Coral Bay are both 5 minutes drive away.

All on the ground floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower/w.c., large balcony with outstanding sea views, 1 twin bedroom with adjoining shower/w.c., comfortable lounge/diner for 6. Well equipped kitchen includes a toaster and a bar.

Outside: Back garden equipped with seating areas and built in brick BBQ area with food preparation area. Mature garden, private parking and shaded area. Large covered front terrace with seating overlooking pool. There are 3 steps to access the terrace and a further one at villa entrance. Shower.

We are now unfortunately back in the UK after a wonderful week at Villa Filip. The villa and service from Sundance Villas has far exceeded expectations and we would like to thank you, Nicole and Filip for making us so welcome. A week was just not long enough but we managed to relax in total peace and what a joy it was not to have others to consider when using a pool and finding somewhere to chill out for the day, hotels will no longer be an option!

We worked our way through some of the restaurant recommendations and would like to mention that at Viklari Taverna you must book to get a table overlooking the gorge and on the day we visited there was no choice of menu, only bar b que meat with salad and it didn't seem it would be different at any other time. Perhaps it should be mentioned that the journey there is on unmade roads but is well worth the effort.

Your fact sheet and advice were extremely helpful and we would have missed some of the highlights of our holiday if you and previous clients had not taken the trouble to share their experiences.

We will definitely be using Sundance Villas again now that we have found you.

There are 3 Dams for fishing in Paphos and 3 Golf Courses.

We had a lovely holiday the villa was perfect, Nicole and Filip are very nice and helpful people. We did manage to lock ourselves out and Filip was with us within 5 minutes. We would definitely go back maybe towards the end of the year, so I will be in contact with you again.
