Accommodation:-

Jasmine Villa was completed in 2003 to our own strict specifications. It has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with seperate dining area. The large lounge is equipped with satellite TV, VCR, DVD & stereo system plus books & games. There is a choice of over 50 films & more than 100 CD's to suit all tastes.
Upstairs there is a Double Bedroom with a large terrace & superb views over the olive groves down to the sea. A further Twin Bedroom has a balcony with magnificent views of the mountains & Bellapais Abbey.
Downstairs there is another Twin Bedroom with patio doors leading onto the patio & swimming pool deck. For families with young children we can provide an extra bed in one of the twin bedrooms. There is also a cot & high chair available at no extra cost.

Outside the property:-

The private pool has a maximum depth of 1.6mtrs making it suitable for all ages & abilities. There are ample sun beds, parasols & inflatables for use in the pool.
The patio has a dining area which is ideal for relaxing by the pool in the evenings.
There is a further covered terrace with dining area.
The private drive leads to a detached garage & orchard beyond. The gardens retain the original olive trees.

Area Description

The village centre with shops & restaurants is a short walk, ideal for a leisurely evening stroll. Most restaurants have a seperate bar area.
There are numerous restaurants in & around Kyrenia.
The nearest supermarket is less than 2kms & Kyrenia with its picturesque harbour is only 3kms.
Jasmine Villa's quiet yet central location makes it ideal for either lazing by the pool or exploring the north of the island with its many crusader castles & ancient ruins including the Roman town of Salamis with its Amphitheatre.
Out & about there is a Water Park nearby. Also a Go Kart track.
The village of Bellapais(Abbey of Peace) with its magnificent Abbey & many restaurants is less than 10mins drive up the mountain. Here you will find one of the most relaxing places in Cyprus with superb views from the Abbey where you will see Ozankoy stretched out down the mountainside to the village centre & onto where Jasmine Villa nestles amongst the olive groves with the sea beyond.
For those who like to incorporate a bit of activity, there is a new golf course 15 mins away. Horse riding is available in the next village. In Kyrenia there is sea fishing, boat trips, & scuba diving.

Taxis can be booked from Kyrenia. Our agent also provides a taxi service if pre-booked.
