Two award-winning 2 + 3-bedroomed apartments (privately owned). Unbeatable location, just 3 mins walk from beach (Blue Flag)! Fully equipped/furnished.
Book separately or together for a large family or wedding party up to 12 people.
The flats are on the first floor at the luxury new Limnaria Villas residential complex in Kato Paphos, located away from the bustle of the main tourist area, yet only a couple of minutes walk to shops, restaurants, nightlife, sports facilities and the harbour area. Situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens, including magnificent palm trees and bouganvilleas, with a large swimming pool and sunbathing area. Sun-loungers are provided. A/C-heating units in all rooms. .

The master bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity unit and wc. The second bathroom has shower cabin, vanity unit and wc. The kitchen area, situated off the large open-plan living/dining area, is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee percolator, toaster, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The living room has two sofa-beds, an armchair, colour TV, video, and music centre, dining table and chairs, coffee table, sideboard, and two side-tables with lamps. There are board games, books and music tapes to keep you entertained and we also have a selection of tourist information leaflets and maps to help you plan your holiday.
One double bedroom (with en suite), 2 twins, furnished with double fitted cupboards (with PLENTY of coat hangers!), dressing tables and bedside tables with lamps. There is ample drawer space, too.
The flat is equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer for the verandah, bed linen and towels (including beach towels). Put the picnic chairs, table and coolbox in the boot of your car and take off for the day to a remote beach or the mountains.
All the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioning units and all windows are double-glazed with heat-reflecting shutters and fly screens. The flat has a large veranda with dining table and chairs, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.

Paphos itself has the best climate on Cyprus: mild in winter (16-20 degrees C) and cooled by sea-breezes in summer. In winter, if you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder or just feel depressed by the grey skies in northern Europe, why not fly south for a break and enjoy the bright light and fresh local produce of Cyprus? In spring the hillsides are covered with a golden carpet of wild flowers.
Paphos is also an ideal location for visiting the Akamas Nature Reserve, a multitude of historical sites, including the World Heritage Tombs of the Kings, the Troodos Mountains and other parts of the island.
Airports:
The flat is only a 15-minute drive from Paphos airport and there is a direct motorway connection (about 1hr.30 mins.) to Larnaca airport.
Golf:
There is a choice of three golf courses: Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley 18-hole championship golf courses – 20-30 mins.; Tsada, 18-hole – 15 mins. All have club facilities. Par around 71/72.
Fishing:
There are fishing boats to hire from the old harbour, including for deep-sea fishing.
Diving:
There are many dive-schools in Paphos, including at the Paphos Beach Hotel, 10 mins. walk from the flat.
Skiing and snowboarding:
From January to March, on Mount Olympus , only 2 hours drive away.
Tennis:
Only a 5-min walk from the flat to tennis courts.
Other local facilities:
Cycling, horse-riding, go-karting, parasailing, sailing, hiking, water-park.
There are English-language cinemas in the town and concerts are held in front of the mediaeval fort and at the ancient Odeon. Paphos also has a number of fascinating museums.
There are several wineries in the locality that can be visited for free wine-tasting and stocking up on good Cyprus wines for your holiday and to take home.
Many monasteries and churches are accessible from Paphos, as are the Birthplace of Aphrodite, Aphrodite’s Baths, Adonis Falls, reservoirs and mountain forests.
There is skiing and snowboarding from January to March on Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains, about 2 hrs drive from Paphos. If you are hardy, you can ski in the morning and swim in the sea on the afternoon!
