* Tiled pool 9m x 4.50m, depths 1.10m - 2.40m. The pool has 2 ladders at deep and shallow end, plus semi-circular Roman steps on one end (also as a seating area). Patio around the pool is very large, and wider than 2m.
* Pool shower with rustic marble mosaic flooring.
* BBQ area, tiled, with worktops, lights, socket, sink and drinking water supply.
* Covered seating area (about 14msq), with pergola and roof tiles, plus plenty of seating space on the elevated planters etc.
* Grass area about 50msq.
* Uncovered parking area, gates etc.
Downstairs:
* Double bedroom
* Twin bedroom
* Shower/WC/sink – can be used either as en suite or shared (2 doors)
* Guest WC (separate), 2 steps down
* Living room with 1 x double sofa, 1 x Triple, 1 x Pouf, 3 coffee tables, 42” plasma TV, DVD, X-BOX and games. Local channels only.
Kitchen Downstairs
* Large Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan, all in stainless steel
* Dining Table + 8 chairs
* Breakfast bar + 2 bar chairs separating kitchen from dining area
* Kettle, juice extractor, blender, frappe mixer, toaster, sandwich maker and everything else…
Upstairs:
* Master bedroom 6ft bed, with walk-through closet. En suite with large hydro massage bath (spot lights etc), WC, sink, Bidet.
* Twin/double bedroom with en suite bath/WC/sink
* Veranda 35msq, with furniture, excellent views, accessible from both bedrooms and staircase landing.
Air conditioning (hot/cold), welcome pack and weekly clean are included. We will also maintain the pool and garden. Towels and pool towels are provided.
Alarm system, telephone and fax can be offered at an extra cost, although for long bookings this is negotiable. There will be a call-out charge for false alarms. Wi Fi wireless internet included in rates.Area Description
Beautiful blue flag sandy beach, safe for children, good restaurant and shops etc.
Coral Bay resort.
Fantastic fishing available in 3 Paphos Dams.
Paphos Town 10 mins drive. Regular bus.
There are 3 golf courses in Paphos, Tsada (15 mins) Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley, and a new one under construction at Polis.Transport
